JOINT COMMUNIQUE ON MAY 20, 2010
Humanity is suffering a "new crisis" capitalist, but unlike its predecessors, seems to have no weapons to combat it. In fact, the capitalist system is neither in crisis or bankruptcy as it is a model of exploitation that is restructured into recessions and depression, mainly affecting workers around the world as the great fortunes continue making large profits.
banking, high finance and big corporations have led to this critical situation with guile and accuracy. Speculative movements of recent years were aimed at destabilizing national economies into debt to the states and further reduce its economic sovereignty. We note the International Monetary Fund, the European Central Bank and other international economic institutions as instruments in the service of private capital main enemy of sovereign peoples.
Parallel to this war-financial speculative, caste, national and international policy, funded and financed by capitalists, has announced cuts in and of itself, arduous labor rights today. The crisis is the perfect excuse to impose a labor model that perpetuates exploitation and impoverishment of workers and pensioners, aggravating their pitiful situation. We denounce the political elites to undertake a new social war in collusion with capitalism.
The mass media, broadcasting companies serving the financial and political powers, control the debate on the crisis with the sole purpose of attacking the few community organizations exist, justifying the gradual breakup of states and criminalizing the real work of association and political opposition, already cleared. We note that criticism of large media outlets to social spending, public institutions and economic sovereignty are part of the overall strategy of dissolution and isolation of individuals, essential stop for global dictatorship of capital and markets.
